Grounded Meals are vegan backpacking meals that are also gluten-free and Kosher. You can cook these meals in the bag by adding boiling water, or if you don’t mind washing your pot, you can cook these meals in your pot.
These meals are nutritious and delicious. A typical grounded meal weighs under 8oz, is fully dehydrated, has about 450-550 calories total, with usually about 20-40 grams of protein. Each meal also includes vegetables, and has much lower sodium than a typical backpacking meal!
